How do you make a goal easy to start…..?
No matter how great the goal you have for the future, for it to be achieved, it must find expression in what you do daily.
So choose a small and simple thing you can do right now that gets you going in the direction of that goal.
Taking small specific action, and doing so consistently is what leads to your great goals being achieved.
To get motivated to read a book, start by reading just the first few lines, this triggers your mind to direct you to the next appropriate action.
Rather than think about the myriad of things you have to do, pick one and get on with it.
You won’t always be motivated to act, so don’t wait for motivation. It’s action that leads to motivation, not the other way round.
The most effective of all human motivation is progress.
As you take small intentional steps towards your goal, you become more motivated to continue.
Think big, start small, build momentum, that’s how you win.
Remember, without goal you will live like goats, aimless and goalless.
